You have stacks of binders that have all the information you need, but you can't find it....It's 3:00 in the morning and your service technician calls from the plant with some equipment down, and you need to see the manual....You have a flight and would like to review the data on the plane....Your techs can't haul all the manuals in the truck with them............

can scan your binders and manuals into tif or pdf format. Tif images will allow you to populate your existing database, or we can create an entire self-contained CD with pdf. The CD will automatically start with an onboard Adobe reader. A table of contents will open and then you can link through the document much like a web page. OCR for text searching, and even integrate blue prints with small format documents. Once scanned we can duplicate the CD's at any volume you need (see below).

Blueprint Archives

A room full of flat files and vellums take up space, are hard to get to, and can be damaged. Scanning can open that information up for the entire organization and gives you an invaluable backup in case of emergencies.

Pencil drawings are our specialty. Pencil lines are considered grayscales, and our scanners pick up those details with incredible accuracy, where our competition will either leave it blank, or turn it black.

 Color & Oversized

Color Scanning up to 50" wide by any length. can also scan mounted documents up to 1/2" thick. Architects can give us their one-of-a-kind rendering to be scanned and then reprinted. Make 8.5x11's for the meeting and enlarge to 30x42" and mount for the presentation.

We can scan and reprint anything such as pictures, slides, mounted boards, canvas paintings, aging documents, brochures, banners, and posters.

 

 

 

 

 CD Duplication

will mass duplicate your CD for distribution. Give us any digital file and we can write the data to CD while you wait or within just a few days for high volumes.

We can print full color custom cardstock inserts for the CD lid showing any information you would like. Once the information is archived onto CD, we can print directly onto the shiny CD face with our black thermal printer. This printer combined with mirror-like silver CD's give fantastic quality with a professional appearance. can put virtually any image you have onto the CD face or full color sticky label.
