Legal Scanning

can scan your boxes into tif or pdf format. We can create load files that will import directly into your Summation or Concordance type databases. This is a unique service in the Wichita area. Even give us your electronic files from another attorney and we will create a load file for you. OCR for text searchable images.

We can also scan your binders into pdf format and bookmark each tab or chapter heading. Once this is burned onto a CD with a reader, automatically view and browse from your CD any place you want, on or off the network.

Our unique electronic numbering can be done through your database or burned directly onto the image. So, when the image is printed, the number will be on the page. During scanning, we can wait for any boxes that may come in out of order, insert the images in their proper place, and then electronically renumber the pages. To assure no text is covered, the page is reduced by 2% and the numbering is placed in the blank margin.

 

 

Legal Graphics

can enlarge black/white and color transcripts, snap shots, and digital files up to 60" wide by 100' long. Once enlarged, we can mount and laminate your image on foam or gator board. We do not outsource this work, so we can turn the jobs around in just a few hours. Our graphic artists can also custom create any graphic you need....maps, layouts, etc.

 

 

Delivery

has six delivery vehicles that will pick-up and deliver your jobs to your office or courtroom. We can even split deliver your project, one set to you and the second to another firm.
