Mounting & Custom Shaping

Prints can be mounted on a sturdy backing using our dry mounting process. Mounting provides a professional, finished appearance to all types of reprographic prints making them excellent for displays and presentations. The materials most commonly chosen for dry mounting are black or white, 1/4", 1/2", or 1" thick and described below:

Foam board is a low cost soft surface material which provides a neat and professional finish. But, because foam board absorbs humidity, it can warp. So, it is ideal for smaller prints or short term presentations.

Gator board is premium hard surface mounting material. It is very rigid and ideal for larger prints and longer term applications. Mount on 1/2" or 1" black gator for a very good finished look that does not have to be framed.

Gator board can be trimmed to any shape you need. We just trim to the image. Circles, waves, etc.

PVC and plexiglass are plastic base substrate used for outdoor applications and backlit boxes. Crescent board is a 1/8" paper based art board product.

Edge Trimming & Framing

Plastic or aluminum edging can be applied to the unfinished edge to give your piece a crisp, professional look. The trim also protects the edges on tradeshow graphics when they are moved often.

Many colors of plastic and aluminum framing are available. Black is the most common in plastic trim and silver in aluminum.

Binding

Give your printed projects a professional finish. The most common types of binding are black plastic comb and wire. We can add a sheet of clear film to the front and back for a cleaner look.

also offers a binding strip that is activated by heat. You can take away or add sheets later without having to redo the printing.

Folding, Stapling, & Edge Scoring

Our copiers have the ability to fold and staple as the job is being done. Or we can fold off-line after printing. Choose many different options such as saddle stitching and z-folding.

Our booklet maker also has the ability to trim a full bleed image on all four sides and then mechanically score the folds. This not only gives a perfectly clean edge, it assures that the bond and the toner does not crack on the fold. Perfect for brochures.

Cutting & Hole Punching

Our large paper cutter can cut down any of your projects from business cards, to flyers, to coupons at over 500 sheets per cut.

We can drill any holes you need at any configuration.
